Come and join the adventure….a 5 day guided excursion on the National Park Island of Isle Royale. Experience the beauty while you are backpacking and tenting amongst the virgin timber and abundant wildlife. A Moose and fox sighting are almost guaranteed.

This trek leaves Lyle on Sunday afternoon and arrives back at Lyle on Friday evening.

Cost is $350 and includes all food, tents, white gas, stoves, ferry fees, park fees & transportation.

The Scout only needs to bring personal items! (Clothes, backpack, sleeping bag, and toiletries.)

A trail based program will be provided

Philmont age applies (age 14 by September 1st, 2009) & First Class.

If the Scouts want to spend a second week at Lyle, it will only cost them an additional $100! For $450, the Scout gets two fun filled adventurous weeks!

The trip is tentatively offered weeks 2 and 4 and are filled on a first come first serve basis. Additional weeks may open if the initial two weeks fill! Each crew can consist of 1 guide, 1 adult and 8 youth. More adults may sign up if the youth do not fill the 8 spots.

Sign up at the Scout office today with a $100 deposit by February 13^th, 2009! In the case of a cancellation, the deposit is only refundable if the Scout’s spot is filled.

Come and explore the northern woods of Wisconsin on a 2 night, 3 day guided trip.

Cost is $255 and includes food, tents, white gas PLUS your additional days at Lyle!

This trip departs and arrives back at Lyle during the early part of the week.

This trip is offered weeks 1 & 3 (additional weeks may open, if there is interest).

Age requirements are the same as the Isle Royale trip

The crew size is limited to 14 youth and 1 adult! Similar to the Isle Royale Trip, adults may fill more spots if the youth do not fill their 14 slots.

Do you know how to waterski or would like to learn? This program is guaranteed to get you all wet, plus you have the opportunity to earn the Water Sports merit badge!

Will happen on a weekly basis (days are dependent upon weather).

Cost is a mere $35 to cover gas and boat expenses.
